Once we’ve audited your site, we move into the architectural phase. We translate our measurements and your goals into a comprehensive design package. The centerpiece of this phase is our AI-powered 3D rendering, allowing you to visualize your garden before construction begins. Our plans are available for residential, commercial, and community spaces.

Your Design Package includes:

• Custom Garden Designs: Custom-crafted cedar or techo-bloc raised beds with layouts optimized for ergonomics, sunlight, and aesthetics. We often provide multiple designs, which may include arches, trellises, pergolas, custom benches, and pollinator gardens, so you can choose the design that perfectly fits your lifestyle and budget.

• Professional Fencing: Designed and installed to minimize disruptions from both deer and burrowing animals. Custom gates and pathways created for ease of use and aesthetics.

• Expert Planting Suggestions: Curated planting suggestions (fruit, vegetable, and pollinator) for a thriving harvest.

• Cost Estimates: Total transparency before we break ground.

• AI 3D Renderings: Once you've signed off on your final plan, we create photo-realistic visualizations of your garden.

The final stage is where your blueprint becomes a reality. Once your design is approved, we handle every detail of the build—from site preparation to amending the soil. Our team provides a turnkey construction experience, ensuring your garden is built to last for seasons to come.

Your Construction includes:

• Premium Material Selection: We use only the highest quality kiln-dried untreated cedar, which is naturally rot- and insect-resistant and safe for organic growing. While standard kits use thin 1" boards, our beds are constructed with full 2" nominal (1.5" actual) thick timber for longevity. Before filling the beds, we coat the boards (inside and outside) with tung oil, a nontoxic, food-grade sealant.

• Custom Craftsmanship: Every bed and fence is tailored to your specific sizing requirements and the unique topography of your property.

• White-Glove Site Prep: Professional preparation of the space, including the structural installation of beds and integrated fencing.

• Growing Medium: Everything begins with healthy soil. We fill your garden beds with nutrient-dense organic soil and organic amendments/compost.

• The Finishing Touch: Optional professional planting of organic seeds and/or seedlings in your raised beds and/or pollinator garden to give your harvest a head start.

• Professional Maintenance Keep your garden thriving without the guesswork. Choose from Monthly focused care (March through November) or Seasonal cleanups (March, May, September, November). 

• The Green-Thumb Guarantee Gardening is a skill, and we’re here to teach it. We offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to your experience level. These workshops can also be customized for workplace wellness programs or volunteer groups, teaching the ins and outs of organic success.

• Community & Organization Strategy For our non-profit and community partners, we share our proven methods for building volunteer engagement, hosting successful garden events, and streamlining harvest donations to local food pantries.
